Maps:

I am the owner of Viljoen Jordaan & Nell Attorneys and we specialise in the marketing of Smallholdings and farms in the Klein Dassenberg area.

I bought the above 11 ha (marked in black) to develop a koi fish farm, however, I do not need 11 ha  to do this, and decided to sell off a third, which is 3.7 ha.   (Area in red)

It is more or less 200 m x 200 m and equals 37 000 square meters.

Any cash offer of R 450 000,00 will be accepted. The price is not negotiable as this is what I paid for the land a year ago and I do not want to make a profit or charge any commission. You will notice from my 60+ listings, that this is an absolute bargain. Close to the N7, tar road, cleared, peaceful, stunning views of Table Mountain, but the major advantage is the excellent water quality and quantity.

I have looked at all possible vacant stands in the area and we have most of them on our books, and this proved to be the best value for money, and that is why I bought it.
